How does the free trial work?

Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

What does 'users' mean?

Users refers to the number of Microsoft 365 users in your tenant whose data Graflo analyses. This is the size of your sales organisation, not the number of people logging into Graflo.

Is my Microsoft 365 data secure?

Yes. Graflo uses standard Microsoft admin consent and reads data via the Microsoft Graph API. Your tokens are encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager. No data is ever shared between tenants.

Can I switch plans?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Do you offer reseller pricing for MSPs?

Yes — our Enterprise plan includes white-label mode for MSP resellers. Get in touch at hello@graflo.io to discuss reseller arrangements.

What Microsoft 365 permissions does Graflo require?

Graflo requires Calendars.Read, Mail.Read, CallRecords.Read.All, User.Read.All, and GroupMember.Read.All — all granted once via admin consent. These are read-only permissions.
